Durafix®
Our decking system is enhanced by our distinct Durafix screws. These concealed fixings simplify the Millboard installation process. Durafix can be utilized in two distinct manners: either through the board’s face or its side using the DuoFix Side-Fixing Guide. DuoFix offers a swift and straightforward fixing solution, resulting in a neat, concealed finish. When fixing through the board’s face, there’s no need for pre-drilling, countersinking, or clip fixings. Just adhere to our installation guide. Once the screws are in place, the innovative Lastane coating on the board seamlessly covers the screw heads, leaving a barely noticeable mark.
Crafted from A2 stainless steel, these screws feature a self-cutting tip and a six-point torx head, and are wax-coated for smooth application. Every Durafix® box also contains a T15 hexshank drill bit. For residential Millboard decking installations, approximately 22 fixings per board length are required, while commercial installations need around 26.
